We have decided to go ahead and sell our female. We currently have 4 completely finished dogs that we are actively campaigning along with a few pups that are about to be started. She is not going to get the time devoted from any of us that she needs. She can tree her own coon. She will back a dog on a tree. We have seen her split tree. She will be a first strike dog most of the time. She is very mouthy. With dogs she has hunted as far and deep as any of them. By herself we have been seeing her go out 500-700 yards regularly. She is loud. She is an intense tree dog. I dont really call her a chop or bawl mouth. She has more of a screaming squall. She has a very distinct and easy to pick out mouth. Several people have asked about her when I had the male for sale. I told them $2500 because we were not trying to sell her. Since we have decided to sell her, we are going to offer her at $1800. We know she wont get the appropriate hunting here, hopefully someone will put a good kill season on her and get her finished out.
